Blanket racks for bedrooms
Keep things organized and tidy in the bedroom!
Quilts, comforters and blankets normally adorn the bed and if your family is anything like mine they usually end up on the floor, covering up a nice bedroom rug. I finally purchased a blanket rack, which for some reason my teenagers thought was a pretty cool accessory and started to hang there blankets and comforters on it.
I found these racks to be one of the better bedroom furniture items in a long time. They look good and form an intricate part of my bedroom decor. I can now see the nice pillows and bed skirts that I purchased. The idea behind these wonderful furniture pieces is the same as a coat rack. If they see it they will use it.
The blanket rack featured here is made of oak, the solid oak side panels are each supported by two barley twist posts. The lower drawer box is characteristic of old world raised paneled decoration, and the rack itself holds up to three blankets. This is also the rack that I bought for myself, truth is I went a little cheaper for my teenagers.
