What is Feng Shui in decorating
You here a lot about feng shui decorating these days. I am not sure I buy into the whole philosophy of this type of decorating but I do believe they are sound decorating principles to follow, they do make sense. Feng shui is not a decorating style. Rather, it is a discipline with guidelines that are compatible with many different decorating styles. Basically it is arranging your furniture according to how it looks and feels when you enter a room. Round curves and symmetry are important as is not blocking an entrance or doorway with clutter. You want to create a welcoming atmosphere that gives people a good feeling in tune with nature. If you are going to use this type of discipline to decorate your home you should use in all rooms.
