SHIPPING & RETURNS / BEFORE YOU ORDER

Made for you. Clearly explained.

Your approved artwork is made to order. Here is what happens after checkout, what to expect from delivery, and how we handle a damaged or misprinted piece.

01Approve your exact print proof before payment
02Your piece is made and shipped to order
03Report damage or misprints with photos

01 / SHIPPING

From your proof to your door.

Once you approve the exact print crop, finish, size, and delivery details and complete payment, we prepare the production file and submit the order for printing. Each piece is printed for that order, then packed and shipped.

We currently accept delivery addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Shipping cost, tax, and the available delivery estimate are shown with your address before payment. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

If your address needs correcting or your shipment is delayed or missing, contact us with your order reference as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once production starts.

02 / RETURNS

Your one-of-one order, made to your choices.

Because your artwork is created for you and the print is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for a correctly produced piece. Please check the artwork, crop, size, finish, and shipping address carefully before approving the proof and paying. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee.

Our production issue process is for pieces damaged in shipping or affected by a factory defect or misprint. If something arrives wrong, please let us know promptly. Incorrect or undelivered orders can also be reported for investigation; your rights under applicable law remain in place.

03 / IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

Show us what happened.

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order reference and a short description of the issue. For a missing shipment, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  2. Send clear photographs. For damage, include a full view of the piece, a close view of the damage, and photos of the shipping box and packing materials if they show transit damage. For a misprint, show the whole piece and the affected print area.
  3. We review the evidence. We may ask for more information and work with our production partner to assess the issue. We will tell you the outcome and next steps, including any reprint or refund.

Please keep the piece and packaging while the claim is reviewed. Do not ship anything back unless we ask you to. If a remedy is required by law, that right is not limited by this voluntary process.

Our Terms & Conditions govern purchases and preserve any rights the law provides.
