Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of DecorMotif and purchases from the operator identified above. Review them before creating an account or ordering. The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Optional analytics and marketing are separate choices and are not a condition of purchase.

Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Provide accurate account and delivery information, use only accounts you are authorized to access, and protect your credentials and sign-in codes. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for authorized activity through your account, subject to rights that applicable law provides for unauthorized transactions.

Your uploads and creative instructions

You retain rights you already hold in your photos, text, and other uploads. You grant us a nonexclusive license to store, reproduce, process, adapt, and transmit them to the service providers needed to carry out your instructions, maintain your saved studio, provide support, and fulfill your orders. This permission does not authorize selling your private uploads to advertisers, publicly displaying them as marketing, or using them as source images for retail artwork.

Only upload content you own or have permission to use, including required permissions from people depicted. Do not submit illegal content, sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate images, threats, malicious files, or material that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. Do not request deceptive impersonation or counterfeiting. We may reject content, stop a job, or restrict access when reasonably needed to protect people, enforce these terms, or comply with law. This does not remove refund rights for services we do not deliver.

AI artwork, previews, and rights

AI results may contain unexpected details, artifacts, or similarities to other works. We do not guarantee that results are unique, exclusive, copyrightable, registrable, or cleared for a particular commercial use. Review each image carefully. Room previews are approximate visual aids, not measurements or installation advice.

To the extent we hold transferable rights in a paid custom result, we permit you to use that result for lawful personal use. Buying a physical print does not include a high-resolution source download, exclusive rights, copyright assignment, or permission to reproduce retail designs for resale unless a separate written agreement expressly grants those rights. Your preexisting rights in uploaded material remain yours. Our branding, software, retail collection, and site content remain protected by their applicable rights.

Generation credits and print discounts

Each verified account receives eight free generation credits. After your free balance first reaches zero, it refills up to four credits 48 hours later, then up to four every seven days. Unused free credits do not accumulate above four through these timed refills. A generation can make up to four images and uses one credit for each image requested. Credits are shared across your projects. We reserve the requested credits when a job starts and return credits for terminally failed outputs. Uncertain provider outcomes may require review before credits are returned. Creating multiple accounts to multiply free credits is prohibited.

A $2.99 credit pack adds 12 paid generation credits. Paid credits remain available until used, subject to refunds, disputes, and applicable law. A confirmed paid print order restores your free balance to eight without removing unused paid credits. A later print refund does not undo that free credit reset; payment concerns follow our review process.

Buying a pack can also make one discount of up to $2.99 available for print merchandise before tax in the current print purchase cycle. Only one such discount may be used between confirmed paid print orders, even if you buy several packs. Extra pack discounts in that cycle end when a print is purchased; their unused generation credits remain. A pack bought after that print may provide a discount for the next cycle. Shipping and tax are payable separately. Generation credits and print discounts are not cash, cannot be transferred or resold, and cannot be redeemed for money except where law requires. Refunds, disputes, and suspected abuse may put further spending under review while we reconcile the account.

Prices, approval, and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Product availability, shipping, tax, credit application, and the total are shown before payment. Quotes expire at the displayed time. Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. A demo or simulated order does not take payment or place a production order.

You must approve the exact print proof, crop, material, orientation, size, quantity, and shipping information before ordering. Screens, room lighting, materials, and printing processes can cause reasonable color or texture differences. We remain responsible for supplying the purchased product as described and for remedies required by law.

Payment confirmation is separate from production acceptance. Production begins after the paid order and supplier draft pass review. We may hold an order to verify payment, resolve a proof or production issue, or investigate fraud. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled purchase as required. We will not charge an increased price or make a material substitution without your agreement.

Shipping, cancellations, and problems

The current checkout supports the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Available destinations are determined at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Provide a deliverable address; contact support promptly about errors, delays, loss, or damage. We will communicate material delays and offer cancellation or other remedies when required by law.

Contact support as soon as possible to request cancellation. Made-to-order production may prevent cancellation or discretionary changes after production begins. We do not offer a general change-of-mind return for correctly supplied personalized prints, except where applicable law requires one. This does not exclude remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered goods. Please include the order reference and, where practical, photos of the issue; report problems promptly so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund.

Contact support about unused digital packs or generation failures before assuming a refund is unavailable. We assess delivery, use, applicable law, and any credit already redeemed. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, refund, and payment-dispute rights take priority over these terms. We do not require you to waive statutory rights to obtain support.

Fair use and service protection

Do not evade budgets or request limits, create false impressions or orders, manipulate credits or pricing, replay requests to obtain duplicate benefits, scrape private assets, access another account, attack the service, or expose API credentials. Do not use automation to exhaust capacity or bypass access controls. Responsible vulnerability reports are welcome through the support contact; report only what is necessary, avoid accessing others’ information, and stop testing if it risks disruption.

We may suspend abusive activity or impose reasonable operational limits. Where appropriate, we will explain a restriction and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Suspension does not automatically forfeit legitimate paid orders, balances, or statutory remedies. Account deletion is subject to verification and necessary order, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal retention; see the Privacy Policy.

Availability and limits of responsibility

We use third-party services and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free previews. To the extent law permits, the service is provided as available, without additional implied warranties beyond those required by law or expressly offered at purchase. We do not exclude responsibility for delivering paid products and services.

To the maximum extent applicable law permits, neither party is liable under these terms for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be limited, or any nonwaivable consumer or privacy rights. If local law does not allow a limitation, that limitation does not apply to you.

Disputes and changes

Contact the operator above first so we can try to resolve a problem. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive class proceedings, or prevent you from contacting regulators, using small-claims procedures, or bringing a claim in a court available under applicable law. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in effect.

We may update these terms for future use or purchases by posting a revised version and providing notice where required. The terms accepted for an existing purchase continue to govern that purchase unless you agree to a change or law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Any separate written agreement expressly modifying these terms controls the subject it covers.
